​Since the age of 14, I have been immersed in the food service field. Currently, I hold the position of Food Service Director at St. Raphael Catholic School, a role I have proudly occupied since 2018. My education in Food Service Management comes from Alexandria Technical College, and before joining St. Raphael, I gained valuable experience working in long-term care facilities. I take great pleasure in interacting with the students daily, serving them nutritious meals, and encouraging them to explore new food options.
